Nanjing, June 9, 2025—The conference room of NJEP Engineering (Nanjing Electric Power Engineering Co., Ltd.) was filled with solemn enthusiasm as the launch ceremony for BPG (Baiyun Electric Group)'s Supply Chain Management Platform Phase II Project took place. This milestone event marks a critical step in BPG's journey toward further digital transformation in supply chain management and enhancement of core competitiveness.

In her opening address, Tang Xiaoliang, Vice General Manager of NJEP Engineering, expressed gratitude for guidance from BPG leaders initially. She emphasized the urgent need for system launch, stating it aligns with both BPG's overall strategic objectives and NJEP Engineering's operational requirements. As a service-oriented enterprise, NJEP Engineering places high demands on equipment quality and cost control, with the supply chain system serving as a key driver to enhance management efficiency and an essential complement to the existing ERP system. She urged the Phase II project team to prioritize internal process mapping, focus on time nodes, and embrace close collaboration with Epic to ensure efficient implementation.
Epic Project Manager Pang Liang detailed the project background, goals, and implementation roadmap, highlighting that the project stems from BPG's need to deepen centralized procurement management. With the aim of digitalizing the entire procurement process, enhancing data value and traceability, and optimizing approval efficiency, the Phase II project will build on Phase I's "Grand BPG Mall" and further advance e-mall applications and resource sharing. Outlining a phased plan (research, blueprint design, development, launch, trial operation), he pledged Epic's commitment to allocate resources and ensure service quality.

Xia Chengxi, Deputy Manager of the Phase II project team, elaborated on milestones, organizational structure, and working mechanisms of the project, defining core nodes for project objectives and team responsibilities. Emphasizing efficient communication, he introduced regular meeting systems to ensure information flows smoothly within the entire team. He highlighted the importance of risk management, listing demand changes, schedule delays, and personnel turnover as major risks. He called upon team members to recognize the project's strategic significance, align their thinking from top to bottom, and contribute professional wisdom to achieve both project success and personal growth.

Deng Junwen, Vice General Manager of Nanjing Electric Technology Group, affirmed preliminary work and expressed confidence in Phase II. Recalling Phase I's journey to digitalize supply chain data and standardize processes, he stressed that Phase II should firmly remain user-oriented by leveraging past experience and technical accumulation. Liu Xiaoling, General Manager of Epic Public Service Business Department, commended Phase I achievements and expressed resolve for Phase II launch.
